Commission - Soval

A fun commission! Soval is an ambassador and I was given a lot of freedom with his design. His face was already designed but not the outfit, though I was told there was a preference of black and white. I originally set out to use only those colours, but there were starry silks in the reference I was given and couldn't resist.
